To help you tap into this transformative power of gratitude, we’re offering a Free Pranayama and Meditation Class at JOY on November 10th, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This session will focus on breathing techniques (pranayama) and a guided meditation to cultivate gratitude. It’s a chance to connect with yourself and embrace the calm that mindfulness offers.
